Usage:
You can prepare Thinai Laddu, Kozhukkattai, Idiyappam with this Thinai Flour. And Thinai Flour can also be added with Dosa Flour, Idli Flour, etc.
Method:
Take one cup Traditional Rice Porridge Mix and add 7 cups of water. Mix it and heat with cooker. After 4 whistles, open the cooker and add salt to the mix. If required, add buttermilk after it become chill.
